Cobb County Democratic Party (CCDP)
The Cobb County Democratic Party welcomes participation by all walks of life who believe in the progressive ideals and philosophies of the Democratic Party.  The "Party" consists of young Democrats who may still be in high school to those young men and women that collect Social Security benefits. The "Party" is inclusive and diverse and welcomes new thoughts and ideas.

Cobb County Democratic Committee (CCDC)
The Cobb County Democratic Committee (CCDC) is the voting body of the "Party". It welcomes the participation of Democrats who are registered to vote in, and reside in, Cobb County Georgia. There are a total of fifty (50) post positions in each of the fourteen (14) state House districts. There are also 300 "At-Large" committee members elected county-wide, making the total number of Democrats on the Committee to be one thousand (1,000) individuals. Each post member is elected by caucus every two years: half during the Presidential election campaign season and the other half during a Gubernatorial election campaign.

Cobb County Democratic Executive Committee (CCDEC)
The Cobb County Democratic Executive Committee (CCDEC) is the officers of the "Party". The Chair, 1st Vice Chair, 2nd Vice Char, Treasurer and Secretary are all elected every two years by the CCDC.  Cobb County Democratic State Committee (CCDSC)
The Cobb County Democratic State Committee (CCDSC) bridges the gap between the Cobb County Democratic Committee (CCDC) and the Democratic Party of Georgia (the State Party) with committee members elected by the members of the Cobb Couty Democratic Committee (CCDC) every four years. House District Captains
The House District Captains bridge the leadership gap between the CCDC and the voters in the county. There are fourteen (14) House District Captaisn in Cobb County - one for each state house district in the county.
