The easiest way to request an absentee ballot for November is to use the SOS's new online portal.  
Voters with a Georgia driver's license can use this website to request their ballot in minutes. There is no need to print, sign, and return the application if you use the portal. 

Submit your request now. The first wave of ballots will be mailed November 18.

Carefully follow the instructions enclosed with your ballot to ensure that your vote will be counted.
