The work we do throughout the year at CCDC to build field organizations, galvanize and educate the community to get out the vote, and support and host candidate activities to ultimately secure or flip seats, cannot exist without the generosity of our supporting members. CCDC is totally self-funded, we receive no monies from the Democratic National Committee or the Democratic Party of GA. We rely solely on YOU.

There are three levels of involvement within the organization: Supporters, Voting Committee Members (aka “Post Seat Holders”) and Subscribers.

Supporter

As a paying Supporter, you receive all CCDC communications including:

Cobb Democrats Newsletter containing all the information you need to stay up to date on events and opportunities to volunteer with the CCDC.
Invitations to attend all CCDC Meetings including the Monthly Donuts with Democrats Meetings and the Quarterly Business Meetings.
Invitations to attend and support all events including Candidate forums, and Community events.

Additional benefits are also available to CCDC Supporters, based on your support level. These levels are as follows:

Governor's Club - $500 annually / $800 Couple
- $10 Voucher to be used towards CCDC merchandise (new members only)
- Customized name badge with membership designation
- Recognition at Business Meetings and CCDC Annual Gala
- VIP seating with distinguished guests at Annual Gala (tickets must be purchased separately)
- Invitation to Annual Membership Reception
- Discounted Tickets to Major CCDC Events

Chairman's Club - $200 annually / $350 Couple
- $10 Voucher to be used towards CCDC merchandise (new members only)
- Recognition at Business Meetings and CCDC Annual Gala
- Customized name badge with membership designation
- Invitation to Annual Membership Reception
- Discounted Tickets to Major CCDC Events

General - $50 annually / $90 Couple
- $10 Voucher to be used towards CCDC merchandise

Note ‒ CCDC Supporters must ALSO apply to become a Voting Committee Member
in order to vote at business meetings or run for leadership positions‒we hope all our Supporters will do so.

Voting Committee Members

Voting Committee Members, also known as Post Seat Holders, are the only members allowed to hold leadership positions, including leading official subcommittees, within the CCDC organization and are the only people eligible to vote during elections at business meetings. Voting Committee Members must apply to become one and then be elected at a quarterly business meeting. Though no donation is required we highly encourage all Voting Committee Members to become Supporters at some level.

Note ‒ Non-paying Voting Committee members receive the benefits of the Subscriber level as well as Membership Portal access.

As a Subscriber to the Cobb County Democratic Committee, you will receive all CCDC communications and invitations. This contains all the information you need to stay up to date on events and opportunities to volunteer with the CCDC in pursuit of our mission: electing good Democrats and promoting Democratic ideals and values.
